IL eFOG 1.0

The IL eFOG mobile app serves as an electronic reference to the Illinois Interoperability Field Operations Guide, providing a technical reference for emergency communications planning and for radio technicians involved in disaster response. It aggregates rules and regulations used by the State of Illinois, interoperability channels, frequency tables, standard channel names, and additional reference material.

The application offers quick access to public safety communications information through a content index with links to reference sections, tables, figures, or images. Users can save Favorites and create inline notes for personalized access to critical information. It can be downloaded and used offline in the field, without an Internet connection.

IL eFOG was developed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) under the Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP).
